My first camera was a Russian Zenith bought in 1962. After a few shutter releases and prints from the local chemist’s shop, I was hooked!
Much later, I enjoyed developing and printing my photographs for personal use and competitions. There followed a series of 35mm Olympus and Nikon cameras, medium format Hasselblad cameras, large format field cameras and ultimately, Nikon digital cameras.
Whilst primarily a hobby, I have been commissioned for weddings and industrial photography over the years.
So why a website? It is to share my passion for photography with like-minded people, to offer for sale prints of my recent work and advertise the photographic services I can offer.
All images are available as prints, or for use under agreed licensing conditions. Please contact me for details, quoting the reference numbers of images that you’re interested in.
In addition, I am available to conduct one-to-one or small group tuition on camera craft and landscape photography, at all levels of experience. Tuition will be conducted ‘in the field’ in beautiful Derbyshire, readily accessible in the Midlands of England. Please contact me for more information and tuition costs.
I look forward to hearing from you.
